DIY Activity Kits

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• Your order is incomplete or contains missing items.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your request must include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and its packaging.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• All contents of the kit must be returned.
• The return request must be approved by The Makers Bazar before shipping the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Used or opened DIY kits.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Sale, promotional, or clearance items.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If a replacement product is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

Workshops & Events

• Workshop and event registrations are confirmed only after full payment.
• Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If The Makers Bazar cancels or reschedules an event or workshop, participants will be offered an alternative date, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and its contents so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
